    您好!我在使用AD9901作为PLL的鉴相器实验。搭好了电路后,我将两路加了偏置的方波接到两个输入端,输出是一个脉冲,如datasheet一样。但当我改变其中一个方波的相位时,刚开始时输出也随着变,但突然输出跳到3.2V,而且一直保持在3.2V,直到我把相位往回调,在某个瞬间,输出突然变回正常的脉冲。有时会跳到5.0V,以上的现象出现很随机。不知道是什么原因?请指教。

         AD9901在触发器输出后接RC低通滤波得到直流鉴相误差信号,但考虑到器件电平上的噪声,可以电荷泵来产生实际的直流输出,请问AD9901内部是否已经集成了电荷泵?

           输入 ref和vco频差大时AD9901工作在鉴频模式,数据手册中只提到高频或低频触发器锁至逻辑低,并产生图8的输出,这些毛刺是高频低频触发器异步清零导致的么,为何毛刺的电平变化范围没有达到方波电平范围?

    使用AD9901 进行鉴相,输入方波信号的幅值有一定的要求吗?是不是一定是5V,或者3V以上都可以,它具体的TTL型应用电路图是怎么样的?TTL型和ECL型应用只是外面的引脚接法不一样,还是它们是属于两种不一样的封装,我看Datasheet 上面两种应用,居然在TTL型时7脚接Vs,而在ECL型时7脚

    是接到GND上面的,希望有人能给出解释,谢谢!
