• AD9762输出电流有震荡

           AD976212位的,我们使用时,其前级接FPGAFPGA晶振50MAD9762 CLK也是50M

     

           AD9762输出通过运放将电流信号转成电压信号,放大倍数为510倍。用示波器测试输出发现输出电压波形有震荡,震荡幅度1V左右,频率250KHZ左右。

        不通过运放放大,仅仅接电阻转换成电压信号有同样震荡。不知道该怎么解决。附件里是测试波形及原理图。

    我本来要用Pspice仿真电路,需要用到AD9762这个器件,但是官网上只有IBIS模型,所以我又下载了Hyperlynx这个仿真软件,打开了IBIS模型,但是AD9762的IBIS模型在Hyperlynx里的管脚出现了错误,IOUTA和IOUTB应该是输出管脚,但是在仿真的时候是输入管脚,28个管脚没有一个输出管脚,编辑器件的IBIS模型改input为output仍然没有输出管脚,所以我有以下几个问题:

    In the AN-420 application note about using the AD9764-EB Evaluation Board it is suggested to use C12,C13=22 pF and R20,R38=50 Ohm (as can be seen from the attached image).
