…和应用领域有关,不同的应用场合选择的AD类型一般不同。
我用的比较多的是通信领域的,关注高速采样,一般高速AD都为pipelineADC,比较重要的一个指标是SFDR,就是线性度,在RF领域,要求ADC在高速采样下,输入频率很高时仍能保持一个高的SFDR(ENOB未必高)。一般在这种应用下,ADC的功耗都挺大的,高速高精度,同时也意味着大的功耗,几年前用过AD9445,性能很不错。
在音频应用中,我需要的是一个ENOB 大于16bit的ADC,和RF应用比起来,这个AD算是低速了,低速高精度的ADC可以采用segma…
