    我在使用ADI9444型号产品时出现发热严重问题,后面附上我做的电路图,我的想法是用AD9444进行数据转换后然后传到FPGA中进行数据处理。前端使用的TI公司的差分运算放大器进行信号处理(在调试AD9444的时候前端的信号处理断开),我测量了一下电路的功耗在2W左右,中间的散热焊盘接到了模拟地上,整个设计参考的是datasheet中的CMOS MODE 进行的,其外围电路和参考设计不同的主要在模式引脚和DCS MODE引脚的处理上没有进行通过电阻拉低处理,而是直接将引脚拉倒要求的电压。
