  • AD9433的散热问题

    各位大神:

       本人现在正在用AD9433采集数据,但是发现AD9433的发热比较严重,测了一下得将近70度了。想通过控制AD时钟的方式将AD9433的发热情况改善一点。尝试了一下,发现如果完全停掉时钟,最高温度能下绛10度左右。但是如果用脉冲去控制时钟,降温的效果就很小。想问一下,有没有更好的降低功耗的办法,本项目中AD确实也不用一直工作。想知道除了停止时钟以外还有什么办法让AD能够间歇的工作。或者有什么好的散热办法~

    Unfortunately, there isn't a good way for us to look at your vector pattern.Can you send a oscope plot of the DATA, CLKK and LTCH pins? This would help to validate timing.
