我使用AD8663进行光电二极管IV转换,Rf=1M欧姆,Cf悬空。近似无光照条件下,AD8663输出数十毫伏的近似正弦波。Cf=100pF,其他条件不变,输出正弦波幅度略微降低。 请问用什么办法能消除这个正弦波呢?
同样的电路,使用AD8665,输出就正常的稳定直流信号。
