    您好,我现在没有接旋变的时候,得到的经过缓冲电路以后的激励电压是正确的,但是我只要一接旋变,发现我的激励电压发生错误,并且COS/COSLO等信号是没信号的,然后去测了运算放大器的负极不在是直流电压3.75V而是变成了交流信号,原来怀疑AD8662有问题,但是未加负载的时候激励信号是正确的,但是只要一加载就出现问题,我的三极管用的也是官网给的,目前问题未解决,考虑器件也在弄,实在没有头绪

        你这个看起来像是resolver的初级饱和了,你看看你的激励信号的频率和resolver的要求是不是匹配,另外还有你看看你的resolver机械上有没有装配良好。

        如果都没问题的话你需要计算一下你的resolver的交流负载电抗值,另外还有建议你直接测量一下AD8662的输出,我感觉那里的信号幅度都已经接近电源供电电压了。如果使这种情况出现的话说明你的resolver负责太重了,你需要重新设计后面的AB放大器。

    正在使用DPS+旋变进行电机驱动的开发,使用AD2S1210遇到几个问题,请指点:

    1、激励信号的放大。官方给的电路使用AD8662加推挽放大电流,直接使用大电流运放是否可以?如TCA0372,所用的旋变厂家给的解码板用的是这个运放;

    2、锁相问题。按照官方的电路使用三阶巴特罗兹有源滤波,相差在-40°左右,但是我们使用的旋变自身就有22°的相差,考虑报错复位比较麻烦,最好还是能将相位控制在-44~44°范围内,有什么推荐的办法?

    3、锁相问题。官方说的锁相范围是n*180°-44°~n*180…
