    Just for the clarification AD8651 is also a CMOS AMP but  the current noise  Typ is stated as 4fA/√Hz. This device has the almost the same Ib current as of AD8655 .

    You don't say what supply rails you have, which would help to narrow down the choice. The AD8027 looks like a good starting point, as does the AD8655.

    I checked the bonding diagram of AD8655 and yes you are correct that the NC is not connected to the silicon.
