    Hi,

    I would like to ask about the Overload Recovery of AD8627.

    There was not mention of it to the AD8627 data sheet.

    Would you tell me the information of it?

    What is the input impedance (ohm||pF) of the AD8627?

    I'm using the AD820 now but I would like to find alternative parts. The AD820 data sheet shows imput impedance spec

    but AD8627 does not.

    Just to confirm that I understand you correctly, you are using the AD8626 in place of the AD8627 in the same circuit as Figure 45 on the datasheet, right? How are you configuring the second amplifier? Are you leaving it hanging?

    首先对于微弱信号处理,得选择低偏置电流,输入阻抗大的OPADI最好的用于光电转换上的芯片是AD549LIb=60fA),根据项目的需求,对于uA级的信号,理论上OP的偏置电流至少要nA级别,最好是pA级别。这种OP ADI有很多种,FET输入级基本都在这个级别:如AD8627AD8641等等。最终选择了AD8627
