    最近想用AD8367进行信号的放大,但是貌似自激了,在无输入情况下测得有100Mhz的输出。用的是datasheet里面的图。嗯对就是这个测的时候标签那里的接线已经用跳帽断开了,真正供电工作的只有AD8367。关于布线。。这是实际的板想问下大家这自激可能是什么原因引起的?

    另外在别的模块上,放大器会出现“不自激但是在达不到理论值的衰减频率点的时候已经衰减的比较厉害了”的情况。因为只是附带的问题,这里就不贴图了,如果方便的话想问下大家这可能是什么情况。

    问题有二,主要针对用AD8367进行AGC设计。

    1.AD8367的datasheet中标明频率范围为LF-500MHz,此处LF是否指30~300kHz?该芯片实际的最低频率大概是多少呢?而在数据手册所给的表格中,基本都是开始于10MHz,那么对于更低频率的是否适用呢?或者是不是在低于10MHz时该芯片性能较差?

    2.芯片为单电源供电,那么它的AGC电路能不能在无偏置的正弦信号下工作呢?

    例如,我的信号频率是在1MHz~15MHz之间,是一个无偏置的标准正弦信号,幅值在-250mV~250mV之间…

    前段时间进行了AD8367俩级芯片的放大串联,控制电压减小增益增大,增益从-2.5至35dB均满足线性放大要求,但继续减小电压是却发现增益突然减小,之后突然又进行了放大,而且最大输出始终在2dBm.现在的设计俩级虽满足增益控制需要,可以是所要求的动态范围,但是希望能得到更大的动态范围。

    Thank you for the reply. Now I know AD5330 is suitable for Transmitter.

    And since AD8357 is a 200 ohm system, should I insert a 4:1 tranformer at its output port, or as the demo circuit we insert 174/57.6 ohm resistors? which way is best?
