    我想设计一个(20到200MHz)乘以100HZ的乘法器电路,能否用AD834?主要的目的是要想实现一个双边带的调制信号。就是输出只有(20到200M)加100HZ 和(20到200M) -100HZ,用AD834能行吗?ADL5391和834除了频范围上的差别还有其他吗?ADL5391也是4象限乘法器吗?

    On the Data Sheets I found the "Full-Scale Range" (+- 1V) and the "Clipping Level" (+- 1.3V), but nothing about the input common mode voltage (with +-5V power supplies).

  • 有关乘法器AD834的问题

    我按着手册上的图(图一)做了一个电路图,原理图是如图二,巴伦用的是TC1-1-13的型号,出现了个问题。

    1、X,Y的输入都是1V的正弦波信号,输入频率也是一样的,相当于倍频把,但是当我输入频率增加的时候,-3dB带宽连100MHz都达不到,是我电路的问题吗?

    2、手册上写的带宽能到500MHz才对,还是说500MHz的不是用图一的电路图,应该用图三?这两个图有什么区别吗?区别是什么?变压器带抽头和不带抽头有差吗?CT端接电源又是为什么呢?如果用图三的电路应该选择什么型号的变压器可以呢?
