Hello
I have one question. Please tell me.
Is voltage output to [V-UP] when AD8314 is the disabled mode?
Best Regards.
Hi Stefano,
Sorry, I do not have the AD8319 temp data for VHF.
You might consider AD8314, which uses a very similar core detector circuit as the AD8312. There are two package choices, MSOP and LFCSP. Typical temperature curve is provided for VHF.

Please see attached AD8314 s-parameters.
Hi,
I ‘m now studying ADL5501 for my project and please kindly provide technical advice on below questions.
1, the input source is GSM signal. So do you expect burst output signal (instead of continuous DC voltage) at output of RF detector? Or put…
Hi Vishnu,
What is the input power range you are trying to measure? We have several low power log amps and RMS detectors found on this page:

I would recommend taking a look at the…
Hi J S Hyanki,
You can use the AD8309 in an AGC loop, much like what is shown in the AD8367 datasheet and the attached paper above (or you can you an AD8361 as shown in both). What did you like about the AD8309 that made you choose it?
If you don't…
I would not recommend AD8311 as it is a detector-controller. So its normal use case is to detect the signal at the output of a variable gain amplifier (or variable bias PA) and then adjust the gain of the variable gain element until its output power is…
Q.
How can I avoid startup transients when operating the AD8318 in Controller Mode? I am using the AD8318 Log Detector/Controller to control the output level in an AGC loop. The control loop consists of a fixed-gain RF amplifier, an ADL5330 VGA, a…
