    Apologies for getting back late. You can extend the supply range of of AD829 to +/-18V so that you can reach your specified output limits. 

    May I know how did you measure your current?

    Can you try removing your Qn and Qp and try your measurements again…

    If so, I'd recommend either AD8065, or AD8067.
