• 运放AD823A放大信号出现波形失真

    采用AD823AR运放做一个硅光电二极管两级放大电路,光源为脉冲激光,激光上升下降沿均为5ns,脉冲宽度为100us,设计运放电路原理图见图1,输出波形见图2,输出为什么和我预想的不同?

    The AD8512 and the AD8620 are not pin-to-pin compatible with LTC2055 so I would not like to use them.

    I'll try to test with AD823A.

    One more question. According to the AD823A data sheet, its single supply voltage spec is 3V~36V.

    Yes, that looks odd. I'll check it with the product owner about this. AD823A has some improvement compare to AD823. Please check figure 18 of the DS for correct open-loop vs frequency.

    如上图,我把输入端的Vin和EN连接,输出的Vout和SS连接,给一款74HC4052D和4个AD823A供电,,,但是输出电压只有1.228V,而且ADP7118芯片发热量很大
