The LTC6800 is a similar inamp with similar precision and pinout. The pinout is a little different though. The switching technique is not the same so it MAY act better in your setup.

Unfortunately, we don't have a model for this part. If you are interested in instrumentation amplifiers with a G=5 I recommend you take a look at AD8227, plus we do have a SPICE model for it.
