We are looking into AD8182S. But Linear Energy Transfer (LET) info. is not inside.

Can AD8182S meet Min. LET of 60 MeV•cm2/mg?

I would like to simulate the AD8182 Dual 2:1 Mux, does anyone happen to have the model file in SPICE format? I have searched on the main website and google but couldnt find it.
