I would like to simulate a circuit with AD8027 in LTSpice, but me need to use V+ = 15V, V- = 5V power supply instead of

We use the AD8027 in some high speed applications. In a new design, we need a buffer for a analog video ( composite and/ or S-Video) output driving a 75R cable. We do not like to spend time in component evaluation and would prefer our standard part.
