• AD8005 - Usage Vs at +3V at own responsibility

    Does the AD8005 can be operated at lower voltages, for example, +3 V?
    Which parameter changes are to be expected?

     

    We cannot guarantee anything about the AD8005 performance outside of its
    specified supply range from +5V to +/-5V.

    Please refer Page147,148 in AD8005 software manual,there we have registers for adjusting(read/write) the drive strength of DDR memory.
