Correct the Output Voltage of AD8031 swings below 5V. The Circuit shown in page16 figure33 still suffice to drive the AD7688. This still with in the range of reference voltage.Please see table3 on page4 of the AD7688 datasheet.

VIO range is 1.8V to Vdd, but Timing Specification is guaranteed with 2.3V to 5.5V or VDD+0.3 V. Please refer to Page5.
Can you guaranteed with 1.8V to Vdd? If not, please let me know about the below specification with VIO=1.8V.
Figure 13 of the AD7688 shows a graph of ENOB vs reference voltage from 2.3V to 5.5V. I will have to check if we have this for a reference of 1V as this is not a value we usually work with.
