    Hi Ricky,

    AD7641 is the same input configuration of  AD7679 differential ADC . If he wants SE(pseud-diff)ADC we can recommend the AD7988-5 or some similar SE ADC in the same family of AD7679 like the AD7666.

    Hi,

    The maximum throughput for the AD7679 is 570kSPS. Note that this is derived from the time between conversions, i.e one conversion cycle, rather than the max conversion time alone. The figures in the specs table will hold up until 570kSPS.

    How I can under sample a signal of 4Mhz with signal bandwidth of 2Khz. ( used ADC is AD7679)

    where would my fundamental and harmonic components lie.

    After under sampling does over sampling can be used to increase the bit resolution.
