Regarding ad7616_write(), the dev is the device descriptor generated by ad7616_setup(). The reg_addr is an AD7616's register while the reg_data is the value to be written to the specified register address.
Unfortunately, the hdl has support for zedboard and zc706 only.
We do not support the NI SOM 9651. Even if the FPGA core is the same for these carriers (7010/7020), the project will require changes.
