  • AD7606-6使用SPI接口,CS引脚可否直接接地?

    硬件中已将CS引脚直接接地。

    不知是否理解的对?在datasheet中发现说必须对cs脚提供下降沿才能驱动第一位数据的输出。

    这样的话我的硬件就是错误的了。

  • AD7606-6 选择内部基准,但是REFIN/REFOUT引脚的电压是2.33V

    在用AD7606转换时,发现转换的精度太差,测量4.95V电压,输出的结果是4.78V,于是去查问题,不知道是不是基准电压这块有问题?还有就是手册里有2个10uf 有极性电容,我用的是无极性的电容,不知道是不是也有问题?

    补充:

    我换了一个新芯片来测,这时候REFIN/REFOUT 的电压是2.55V,再测电压时,有的准有的不准。

    输入 3.24V  应该:21233 实际:21248

    输入 3.75V  应该:24576 实际:一直在变动,24576 +-1000

    It is possible to damage the aditional channels by conecting to GND.

    This is the only difference of these ADC's.
