There are only few devices that belongs to this product category but still we want to know what exactly are your application to help you better. For the mean time, yes, you can start with AD734 but i think ADL5391 is too much for your application…
+/-15V times 12 mA is over a third of a watt. Sounds like it should get hot.
The AD734 and AD636 are rather old parts; have you looked at some of the newer RMS-DC parts such as the LTC1967?

Part of the noise you're see is attributable to the sampling rate of your digital scope, you might want to try varying the sampling rate (usually decreasing the rate helps…
