  • ADC的误差

    大家好!   

         最近看了《ADI模数转换器应用笔记,第一册》里面的AN-282:采样数据系统基本原理一节,里面讲了很多有关有效位数,噪声方面的内容,但我在实际的电路中发现,影响AD精度的原因主要是参考源和采样保持,如果选的参考源很好的话AD精度就会提高,外置的采样保持器往往比AD内部的采样保持器要好。

         我的问题是:ADC的所有误差都有哪些?有没有这种讲所有误差并且有公式的资料没?我想计算下,再和实际的电路结果对比下,看看哪里可以改进。谢谢各位大牛!
