• AD6640 ADC convert

    Hi, 

    Now we are using AD6640,

    Our circuit configuration like the below

    -5V work voltage

    -Vref connect to Vin-

    Now my questio is

    -Since Vpp is 2V, so Vin+ can be 4.4V?

    -When Vin+=4.4V, Digital output is 2048?  Vin+=3.4V, digital output is 0?  Anyway I want…

    很抱歉,我们没有输入范围可以到500V的ADC器件。

    建议使用分压电阻网络将500V分压后,再接入ADC,分压的比例可以按照所选ADC的满量程范围来确定。
    后面ADC的型号可以看一下AD6640,AD9226,AD9235-65,AD9237-65,AD9629-65。

    i have notice in 10 different parts that VREF is 2.52v and not 2.4v that has
    been written in the DataSheet .
