・ Input Bias Current 30 nA (typ) temperature dependence (xxx ppm / ℃)

According to Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the AD654 data sheet, Fout = 0 Hz when VIN = 0 V.
Please let me know that BJT of Fout is ON or OFF at this time?

The output frequency is less than the normal value, the input signal is 3.8089V, and the output frequency is 2.299KHZ. Can you help us provide some solutions?

Sorry but we do not have a reference circuit for the AD654. But we can share articles like application notes and technical article about the V-to-F conversion. Do you have a particular application you want to use the AD654?

The frequency output are affected by R1 , R2 and Ct. The accuracy of this components can help determine the accuracy of the frequency output including also the errors contribute by the AD654. As mentioned in the datasheet, there is non linearity…
