I'm working on making this thing work for the last couple of days but nothing helps. I double and triple checked the electrical connections and I am 100% positive they are OK.
My host MCU is an Atmel 8bit.

Correct power sequence should be followed, then set the output range then power up the channel through the power control register.

ADI has A/D & D/A Converter Combinations but the parts don't meet your requirements so we have to do this the brute force way. I would be able to assist on the DAC part. You may want to check the following parts:
