    芯片的电路如图

    (1)当VDD=Vlogic=3.3V时,所有通道都能正常输出,但是最大输出电压为3.2V,其他都正常;

    (2)当VDD=5V,Vlogic=3.3V/5V时,只有一两个通道能输出,最大输出电压4.9V,并且当控制输出小于3V时,整个系统就崩溃了。

    我想知道这个到底是什么问题,是我的程序有问题吗?但是为什么情况(1)的时候除了最大电压其他都正常?还是说我的硬件设计有问题?
