I can't find information on recommended connection to the Exposed Pad of the Chip Scale Package for AD5664
The exposed paddle on the AD5664BCPZ LFCSP package should be connected to GND. This information needs to be added to datasheet (has…
Can I clock the AD5664 32 times, and have just the first 24 bits work properly? I need to share the SPI interface with another device, which will work if the DAC accepts 24 bits and ignores the rest.
On the data sheet, fig 29, the output amp is shown…
I have a customer who wants to control AD5664 using raspberry pi, he is coding in python. I found we have the Linux driver below. Do we have one for python or can we use the existing one?
Should the exposed pad on the LFCSP be connected to a voltage or left floating?
The AD5664 requires a 24 bit message to configure, address the required DAC and pass the data through, however the BF592 sends out SPI messages as 16 bit blocks. It is not clear from the datasheets how to handle this...
Do I send as a 32 bit messsage…
Thanks for your response.
I am sorry that I miss-typed AD5664 by AD5662. The DAC I have is AD5664.
Thank again, and hope to hear back from you soon.

Yes, The AD5624 and AD5664 are the non-reference options of the AD5624R and AD5664R.
I have a medical customer that loves the noise performance of the AD5780.
However, they require 8 channels and are looking for Quad and Octal Equivalents with sub 10nV/rtHz or similar spectral noise density.
I have found several single…
2011-04-13 10:24:53 regd drivers fro ADC AD7606 & nanoDAC AD5664R

We need to use ADC AD7606 and nanoDAC 5664R with our BF527 based platform - TLL6527m, i looked at the list of drivers here:
