If you only use one device, you can directly connect the /CS pin to your microcontroller.
Can you check AD5330, that's a newer 8-bit, parallel interface DAC.

And since AD8357 is a 200 ohm system, should I insert a 4:1 tranformer at its output port, or as the demo circuit we insert 174/57.6 ohm resistors? which way is best?
I referred the datasheet and tried all possibilities still I no output from pin no. 4 i.e analog out pin.
