• AD5142 - IBIS File

    The IBIS model provided on our website (www.analog.com/ad5142) is designed only
    for LFCSP package.
    Could you please provided an IBIS file for DSO package – 16 ld TSSOP?

     

    LFCSP and TSSOP have same pinout, you can use the same IBIS file.

  • AD5142 SCLK Edge Rate

    Digital Potentiometer AD5142 datasheet calls out an edge rate of 1ns/V in note 1 under (Interface Timing Specifications) in reference to the input signal used in test. Is there an edge rate or rise/fall time requirement for the SCLK pin?

    I have finally figured this out. The issue is that the clock speed was too high for the open-drain SDO with pullup (2.2k) to handle. I simply slowed my clock down from 20 to 1 MHz, which luckily is OK for my application, and the 16-bit standard SPI protocol…

    Hi! I cann't control AD5142 with stm32f4 by SPI. I connect AD5142 like rheostat in feedback of op amp (for amplifing). Scheme in attach. But when I send some data via SPI to AD5142 it don't answer and Vout isn't change. For change resistance, I send b0001000000000001…

  • AD5142 life expectancy

    I want to make a regulator circuit that regulates a voltages via a mcu(SPI). I want as high update rate as possible.

    What would the life expectancy of the AD5142 be, if I update each resistance once every 1ms?
