    Hi YenChen,

    RDAC register is loaded to the EEPROM default value on power up.

    EEPROM is at mid-scale which is 0x80 for 8 bit digipot.

    There is no 16 bit register address. 

    The device I2C is designed as per the I2C specification. Specification – I2C Bus (i2c-bus.org)

    Q1) What is the threshold voltage value for POR?

    And which pin’s voltage level does monitor for? VLOGIC or both VLOGIC and VDD?
