        电路原理图如图1所示。输入输出曲线如图2所示,AD202输入为电源信号,当其接入500ms瞬时负载时,输入信号会出现电压拉偏,而输出信号则出现更大的信号幅值拉偏,不再是11的传输关系。图3为检测5脚电压曲线,图4为检测6脚电压曲线,均在同一时刻出现幅值拉偏。

    隔离的话,有两个方案。一个是在模拟信号这边就隔离,要选择模拟隔离放大器,像AD202,AD215这样的器件。

    还有一个方案是在数字侧进行隔离,上述ADuM的型号都可以使用。

    另外,我们也有隔离ADC,像AD7403,输出的是数字码流,需要做抽取后得到真正的数字输出。
