• AD1582: Requirements for heat sinking

    i want to know if i will need a heat sink fro this device (Vin=3.3V and
    Iout=100uA). Therefore, i need to know what are the Tj, Tjunction-ambient and
    Tjunction-case.
    can you send me those parameters?

    there are 52 for AD1582.
  • AD1582 Not Vout seen from the Reference - Family works only with C between Vout and GND

    The AD1582 does only show some mV (24mV - 60mV)at the Output.

     

    A C (Capacitor) between Vout and GND is mandatory required for the Reference to
    work.
    A minimum C is not specified in the datasheet - I tested it with 100nF - it
    worked…
