Product Number: AD5781
Hi,
I've got 1 EVAL-AD5781SDZ(REV B) and 1 EVAL-SDP-CB1Z.
And I power EVAL-AD5781SDZ through J11 with 5V supply.
I connect EVAL-AD5781SDZ J4 with EVAL-SDP-CB1Z J14.
I connect USB of EVAL-SDP-CB1Z with my laptop.
I opened ACE and it can detect EVAL-AD5781SDZ.
But I can't control AD5781 with ACE software, the screen is shown below.
The connection is as described in the user guide
EVAL-AD5781SDZ (Rev. 0) (analog.com)
And I measured, VDD=+13.7V， VSS=-14V, IOVCC=3.3V.
What could be wrong?
What else do I need to check?
