USB-SDP-CABLEZ 
 Where is pin one on the micro-match cable connector? Pin one should be indicated by the red stripe on the cable but it seems to be on the opposite end.

Hi timcam, apologies for the delay. 
 Pin 1 is indicated by the square pad near the Z in "USB-I2C-ADPZ". If you flip the board over so you can see the Analog Devices logo, pin 1 will be in the top left hand corner of the board.

As you asked specifically about the cable rather than the board, "Pin 1 / SCL" does correspond to the red stripe and the location circled in your screenshot.
