Hi,




I am using the SDP-K1 controller board and connected the EVAL-AD411SDZ using the 120 pins. I am powering the SDP-K1 via USB connected to my laptop. After several seconds, the SDP-K1 disconnects with my laptop and cannot be detected by my laptop by pressing the 'Reset' button. A colleague of mine does not encounter this issue.

The SDP-K1 works fine alone without connecting the EVAL-AD411SDZ. I would appreciate if you could help me resolve this issue.

    If the same hardware/software works OK on your colleagues laptop then it sounds like your laptop is the issue here. It would be worth trying to power the EVAL-AD411SDZ from an external power supply. Refer to the EVAL-AD411SDZ User Guide, you can change jumper LK3 to position A and power the EVAL-AD411SDZ using 5V supplied to connector J6.
