Two ADAR1000 chips detection with one SDP Board

Hi team

we are trying to access two adar1000 chips using sdp board. But we are able to access only one chip.

Please go through the schematic and suggest us to access both chips .

Same SPI instance is used for both the ADARs but with the different address and Chip select pins.

For ADAR1: Address = 00, using CS1(SPI_SEL_A)

      ADAR2: Address = 01, using CS3(SPI_SEL_B)

  • Which chip are you successfully writing and reading to/from?

Have you confirmed that the SPI_SEL_B line is functional with your software?

For ADAR1: the SPI 16 bit address header (when doing a register write) should be 0x0XXX

For ADAR2: the SPI 16 bit address header (when doing a register write) should be 0x2XXX

Where "XXX" is any valid register address.

Please see the "Chip Addressing" section and Table 11 in the Rev. A datasheet for more information.
