ADRV9009 transeciver evaluation software, Lane rate is 0

when i use ADRV9009 transceiver evaluation software , i set up the rx bandwidth, sample rate, tx bandwidth ..etc ; but the jesd 204b page , the lane rate always shows

such error,  the lane rate is 0;  the lane rate set two low. 

whatever i set the rx/tx parameter , the 204B lane rate is still 0.  how can i solve this problem ?

  • I would like to ask what is the configuration software you use, can you share it? I am using adrv9009 now, but I do not know what software to use for configuration

    Go to TES GUI, then to File and save the GUI setup in xml format and then share that with us
