Can't connect ADRV9009+ZC706 to the TES GUI connection

Question

Hi everyone, 
 
 i'm using two experimental benches . One with the ADRV9009 + ZC706 and the other one with the ADRV9009-ZU11EG. I try to connect with the Evaluation software but i can't connect to boards even if i can get a ping response. How can i resolve this problem? Kind regards

are you using the windows based SD card image? and make sure to use the One for Windows-based GUI (ADRV9009-SDCARD)
