You mentioned that you've tried re-installing. Have you tried re-downloading the installer, and then re-installing? Sometimes, the downloads from the analog.com website can be incomplete.

I've tried re-downloading too, but it doesn't work. Also, I've tried install old version and I have the same problem.

Hi Leo18,

I haven't seen this issue before, so any suggestions on my part are speculation.

It is possible that there may be some security settings interfering with the TES - Windows Defender may block access to certain folders (controlled folder access), or delete/quarantine files that it considers a threat (sometimes during installation). Can you ensure that these are not interfering with the TES?
