Noise at LO Frequency Range in ADRV9008-1

1. During testing with an LO of 175 MHz and an RF input power of approximately -20 dBm, I observed several spurious tones in the FFT. Would an external preselector/bandpass filter help reduce these spurs, or are there recommended ADRV9008-1 configuration, calibration, clocking, or software settings to mitigate them?,

How to debug? 

2.I am using the ADRV9008-1 with a 200 MHz RX bandwidth. The datasheet specifies a tunable LO range of 75 MHz to 6 GHz.

If I set the LO to 75 MHz, can signals below 75 MHz (e.g., 10 MHz, 20 MHz, or 30 MHz) still be received and downconverted, since they fall within the receiver bandwidth around the LO? Or does the 75 MHz lower limit prevent reception of RF signals below 75 MHz?
