Harmonics are expected , You need external filtering to remove the harmonic signals.  THe level difference could be because of match of the board ,We have 3 different match Low band  LB , Mid band , MB and high band boards.  Lower frequency signals are attenuated more , looks like you are using a MB or HB board. 

The TES GUI works only with the ADS9 FPGA platform with the TES SD card. Pls refer Evaluation board user guide for details. https://www.analog.com/en/resources/evaluation-hardware-and-software/evaluation-boards-kits/eval-adrv9026.html

With ZCU102 FPGA you need to use the IIO Oscilloscope  GUI ,and a different SD card. See below
