As AD9361 has a sequenced ENSM, what do you mean by "Used for real time" ?

As a pulse into these pin will change the state machine automatically, would you like to say that using this external pin will be faster than using SPI interface ?

yes your understanding is correct. It will be faster, and the states will change according to the pulse given at these pins
