Is there a method to use AD9364 with out evaluation kits?

It's actually for a satellite communication aspect so only

FMCOMMS4 eval board uses AD9364. Refer below link:

These chips are not meant for space applications.

You can use AD9361S for such applications.

There is no difference between AD9361 and AD9364 except that it is 1T1R.  AD9361,AD9363,AD9364 are not meant space applications. There is a recently released part number named AD9361S that supports space applications.
