Tx/Rx Signal bandwidth

You need to customise the profile. Use profile editing option in the GUI and generate the profile as required.

Beside Tx primary and Rx RF BW you mentioned, should i also change ORX bandwidth? We are using DPD.

Ideally we need minimum of 5x signal BW as synth BW, if user can meet ACLR with this BW, it is fine to reduce the Synth BW. For eg, in this case, signal BW is 30MHz and user can have 150MHz Synth BW.

The more the synth.BW, the correction may be better.

I tried to change Synth BW on GUI as you mentioned, but the generated firmware and initdata.c are exactly same as before.

Did i change it in wrong place or miss anything?

Should i change the Synth BW from the following item instead?

You need to change the below:

Once you change, you need to click on Generate and change the JESD configuaration as required and save the profile

Then you can generate resource files.

I have tried this at my end, i can see the changes being applied in profile and initdata.c files.

As for my requirement for primary signal BW change from 100MHz to 40MHz for instance, should i change all the following four points you mentioned with following values? Please let me know if the understanding is not correct. Thanks.

 - NO.1, change to 200MHz (40x5)

- NO. 2, change to 40MHz

- NO. 3, change to 40MHz

- NO. 4, change to 200MHz

There is no specific sequence required. I guess you can have ORX RF BW as well to 200MHz.

Once you set the parameters as needed, click on Generate profiles.
