I am not changing any supplies on EVB. We have custom board on which ADP5054 and AD9371 are used. We are redesigning our custom board for ADRV9029. Hence, We are looking for minimum schematic change wrt to ADP5054.

As long as you meet the tolerances, current rating on these rails, noise requirements and the recommended power supply sequencing, it should be fine.
