ADC DAC in ADRV9009

Question

Please confirm the number of bits of the ADC and DAC on the 9009. 
 The 9009 datasheet says the Tx path DAC is 14 bit and did not mention the ADC bits but the FAQ on 9009 in the EZone says both ADC DAC are 16 bits. Which is correct?

Also, the hardware reference for AD9371 seems to say that the ADC for 9371 is 16 bits, but 2 of the 16 bits are used for control in the JESD204B interface, leaving only 14 bits. Is that also the case for the 9009?
