ADRV9009 Metalic Enclosure

Question

May we put a metalic enclosure above the ADRV9009 ? 
 
 The distance (in Z direction) between the ADRV9009 case and the metalic enclosure is 1mm. 
 
 The ADRV9009 performance should remain the same ?

We need a metal cover above our PCB (for EMC) . 
 The mechanical configuration constrains the cover to be 1mm above the ADRV9009.
