Simultaneous transmission and reception

Will there be any issues if i try to transmit and receive at the same frequency at the same time?

Hi,

I have conducted an internal review and confirmed that interference on the PLLs is possible. However, detailed information on the extent of the degradation is unavailable. For isolation details between the RF I/O, please refer to the datasheet.
